目的探讨上海市金山区食管癌发病的影响因素,为防治工作提供相关基础信息。方法采用1∶2配对病例对照研究,共调查病例和对照97组,进行χ2检验,将P<0.05的变量引入方程,进行多因素条件性logistic回归分析。结果病例对照2组经χ2检验,与食管癌发病有统计学意义的因素有体重变化、体质指数、劳动强度,重度吸烟、饮酒、重度饮酒、进食快、精神脾气。多因素条件性logistic回归分析显示,体重降低、重度吸烟、重度饮酒、进食快、体质指数<19为本区食管癌发病主要危险因素。结论对上述食管癌的危险因素采取综合性防治措施,降低金山区食管癌的发病率。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of esophageal cancer in Jinshan District of Shanghai and provide relevant basic information for prevention and control. Methods A 1: 2 matched case-control study was conducted. A total of 97 cases were investigated and compared with the control group. Chi-square test was performed. The variables with P <0.05 were introduced into the equation and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis was performed. Results There were significant differences in body weight, body mass index, labor intensity, heavy smoking, alcohol consumption, heavy drinking, fasting and spirit temper. Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that body weight loss, heavy smoking, heavy drinking, fasting and body mass index <19 were the main risk factors for the onset of esophageal cancer in this area. Conclusion The above esophageal cancer risk factors to take comprehensive prevention and treatment measures to reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer in Jinshan District.
