目的观察模拟失重不同时期大鼠离体比目鱼肌肌梭电生理特性的改变。方法采用大鼠尾悬吊法建立模拟失重模型。雌性大鼠随机分为模拟失重 7d ,1 4d组以及对照组。采用电生理学方法 ,观察模拟失重不同时期离体比目鱼肌肌梭的自发放电及对动 -静式 (ramp and hold)牵拉反应特性的改变。结果模拟失重 7d组大鼠肌梭自发放电频率明显降低 ,对动 -静式牵拉反应性下降。 1 4d组变化更为显著。结论模拟失重可致肌梭的电生理特性发生明显的改变 ,并随模拟失重时间延长而加重
Objective To observe the changes of electrophysiological characteristics of the muscle spindles isolated from the soleus muscle of rats at different stages of simulated weightlessness. Methods The model of simulated weightlessness was established by rat tail suspension method. Female rats were randomly divided into simulated weightlessness 7d, 14d group and control group. Electrophysiological methods were used to observe the spontaneous discharges and the changes in the pull-and-hold stretching response of the isolated soleus muscle spindles at different stages of simulated weightlessness. Results The muscle spontaneous discharge frequency of the 7d group was significantly decreased and the reactivity to the dynamic-static pull-down decreased. 1 4d group changes more pronounced. Conclusion Simulated weightlessness can lead to significant changes in the electrophysiological characteristics of muscle spindles, which aggravate with the prolongation of simulated weightlessness
