针对长江洞庭湖和宜昌至汉口流域的特点 ,应用现代系统工程理论和方法 ,提出并建立了多输入单输出系统模型 .利用历史洪水的实测资料 ,模拟洞庭湖流域、宜昌至汉口流域的洪水过程 ,取得了相当高的模拟精度 .其成果可为长江中游流域的洪水预报和防洪调度决策提供技术支持和服务 .
According to the characteristics of Dongting Lake and Yichang-Hankou basin, this paper proposes and establishes a multi-input and single-output system model based on the theories and methods of modern systems engineering. Using the historical flood data to simulate the flood process in Dongting Lake Basin, Yichang-Hankou Basin , And achieved fairly high simulation accuracy.The results can provide technical support and service for flood forecast and flood control decision-making in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
