近几年,随着科学技术的发展,我国已经进入了信息化、网络化时代。因此,社会对于人才的需要的要求越来越高。当今社会对于高职高专学生的就业提出了更高的要求,但是纵观我国的高职校园,还是存在着很多问题阻碍着我国教育的发展。本文简单阐述了人力资源管理和组织绩效的内容,并针对人力资源管理对组织绩效的作用进行分析,希望可以给广大的人民教师提供一些有效的参考意见。
In recent years, with the development of science and technology, our country has entered an era of informationization and networking. Therefore, there is a growing demand from society for the needs of talented people. Today’s society places higher demands on the employment of students in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still many problems in our country’s higher vocational schools that hinder the development of education in our country. This article briefly describes the contents of human resource management and organizational performance, and analyzes the function of human resource management on organizational performance. We hope that it can provide some useful reference opinions to the general teachers.
