October 26, 1984 22:22:19 (GMT) An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 struck Zirgatar (South Tianshan). The Fergana experimental site in Uzbekistan is located in the most active seismic zone, and the comprehensive forecasting network in the experimental site is closest to the epicenter of this earthquake. The network comprehensively observed the changes of the hydrogeological seismic parameters and deformation measurement parameters, the geophysical field and other indicators that could be used as precursor to the earthquake. Years of research have shown that both hydrogeochemical anomalies and hydrodynamics anomalies occurred before the M ≥ 5 crust beneath Tianshan orogenic belt and the Pamir-Hindu Kush M ≥ 6 deep-source earthquake. Fluid geodynamics precursors: Dynamics were observed in the Miêng tectonic zone using Ⅺ, ⅩⅤ and OⅡ-Ⅰ wells,
