近日,最高人民法院和最高人民检察院联合下发了《最高人民法院最高人民检察院关于部分地方开展民事执行活动法律监督试点工作的通知》,明确了部分民事执行监督的范围、方式和保障措施等。本文通过分析近几年检察机关在实际执行监督过程中遇到的困难及其成因,以期对拓展该项工作提出一些意见和建议。

This article analyzes the difficulties encountered by procuratorial organs in the process of actual supervision and the causes of procuratorial organs in recent years, with a view to putting forward some suggestions and suggestions on expanding this work.
