采用Deform-3D有限元软件对高筋铝合金航空接头锻件锻压成形工艺进行了仿真分析,获得了成形良好、应变分布均匀的最佳预锻件形状。在实验室压机上开展了缩比锻件的成形工艺实验,研究结果表明:优化的预锻件在模腔中的流动性提高、锻件充填完好、变形均匀、应力应变集中降低,所得锻件流线顺畅、晶粒细小、纤维组织明显、力学性能优良,避免了锻造缺陷;仿真与实验结果吻合,为航空接头锻件设计及成形工艺提供了依据。
The Deform-3D finite element software was used to simulate the forging process of the high-strength aluminum alloy aviation joint forging. The shape of the best forging was obtained with good forming and uniform strain distribution. The experiments of forming process of shrinkage forging are carried out in laboratory press. The results show that the flowability of the optimized preform in the die cavity is improved, the filling of the forging is intact, the deformation is uniform, the stress and strain are concentrated, and the streamline of the forging is smooth , Fine grain, obvious fiber structure, good mechanical properties, to avoid forging defects; simulation and experimental results are consistent, for the aviation joint forging design and forming process provides a basis.
