俄罗斯是中国原油进口的重要来源地。长期以来,中俄之间的原油贸易主要是通过铁路运输,存在风险大、运费高的劣势。到2011年,全长近千千米的中俄原油管道正式投产输油,开启了中俄之间通过管道输送原油的历史。中俄原油管道2017年8月进口俄罗斯原油144×10~4 t,至此,中俄原油管道累计输油总量已达10 492×10~4t。 Russia is an important source of China’s crude oil imports. For a long time, the crude oil trade between China and Russia has mainly been transported by rail and posed the disadvantages of high risk and high freight costs. By 2011, the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline, which is nearly 1,000 kilometers in length, will be officially put into operation for oil transmission, opening up the history of crude oil pipelines being transported between China and Russia. Sino-Russian crude oil pipelines imported 144 × 10 ~ 4 t of Russian crude oil in August 2017, so far the total accumulated oil transportation volume of Sino-Russian crude oil pipelines has reached 10 492 × 10 4 t.
