《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》的颁布实施为我国农民专业合作社的发展提供了法律保障和支持。但因为社员权、监事会(执行监事)以及经营者义务与责任的相关规定的不足,广大社员的合法权益极易遭受到合作社经营者的侵害。因此,必须对现行立法作出相应的改进和完善。 The promulgation and implementation of the Law of Peasant Cooperatives of the People’s Republic of China has provided legal guarantee and support for the development of farmer cooperatives in our country. However, due to the lack of relevant provisions on the rights of members, the board of supervisors (executive supervisors), and the obligations and responsibilities of operators, the legitimate rights and interests of the broad masses of members are extremely vulnerable to violations by cooperative operators. Therefore, the current legislation must be improved and perfected accordingly.
