不管我们对韩国的申遗举动持什么样的态度,韩国对本国现有文化资源的充分挖掘、利用、深化、提炼的精神,以及有效的运作,恰恰是我们所欠缺的,也是值得我们反思和学习的。2013年3月,韩国政府正式向联合国教科文组织提出了关于“泡菜及越冬泡菜文化”人类非物质文化遗产的申请。然而,在2013年11月中旬,有韩国媒体在最终结果还未公布前,就提前报道称韩国泡菜已申遗成功。不过,联合国教科文组织很快便表示:被列为申遗候补名单的只有越冬泡菜文化,并不包括泡菜这一食
