高校医院继续医学教育现状与思考

20世纪80年代,继续医学教育概念引入我国,经过多年摸索及实践,1991年,第一部继续医学教育法规文件《继续医学教育暂行规定》出台,此后,相关制度逐渐完善,我国继续医学教育逐渐规范化。“十三五”期间华北电力大学以“人才强校”战略为基础,提出了“大人才”发展战略。“大人才”发展战略,就是要以大视野、大气魄、大举措来统筹规划和推动学校人才队伍的建设和可持续发展~([1,2])。“大人才”发展战略是校 In the 1980s, the concept of continuing medical education was introduced into our country.
