目的研究某聚维酮碘消毒剂的杀菌效果及相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该聚维酮碘消毒剂消毒相关性能进行了实验室和现场消毒试验。结果该聚维酮碘消毒剂原液含有效碘5 100 mg/L,为p H值偏酸性棕色溶液。以其原液作用1.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>4.00。用该聚维酮碘消毒剂原液擦拭消毒前臂内侧中段皮肤,并作用3 min,对皮肤上自然菌平均杀灭对数值平均>1.00。该聚维酮碘消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;对眼黏膜有轻刺激性;对阴道粘膜有极轻刺激。结论该聚维酮碘消毒剂具有良好杀菌效果,稳定性好,属于实际无毒级物质,无致突变作用。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect and relative performance of a povidone-iodine disinfectant. Methods The disinfectant-related disinfection performance of Povidone iodine disinfectant was disinfected in laboratory and on-site by quantitative suspension sterilization and animal experiment. Results The povidone-iodine disinfectant stock solution contains iodine 5 100 mg / L, which is a pH value acidic brown solution. The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension was> 5.00 with its stock solution for 1.5 min, and the kill logarithm against Candida albicans was> 4.00. The povidone-iodine disinfectant solution was used to wipe the medial middle skin of the disinfecting forearm for 3 min, and the average killing logarithm of natural bacteria on the skin was> 1.00 on average. The povidone-iodine disinfectant had an acute oral toxicity LD50 of> 5000 mg / kg (body weight) in mice; negative for micronucleus test of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice; mild irritation to eye mucosa; Vaginal mucosa with very mild stimulation. Conclusion The povidone-iodine disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect, good stability, belong to the actual non-toxic substances, no mutagenic effect.
