人表皮黑素细胞经全反维甲酸(RA)处理后,置于含有牛血清白蛋白、纤维连结蛋白与层粘连蛋白的培养板中检测其粘连性。结果发现经3×10(-6)mol·L(-1)的RA处理的黑素细胞对上述3种蛋白质的粘连性及移动性均被抑制。人和小鼠黑素瘤细胞系经上述浓度RA处理后,其粘连性与移动性均被抑制
Human epidermal melanocytes were treated with all-trans retinoic acid (RA) and then tested for adherence in a culture plate containing bovine serum albumin, fibronectin and laminin. The results showed that 3 × 10 (-6) mol·L -1 RA treated melanocytes inhibited the adhesion and mobility of the above three proteins. Human and mouse melanoma cell lines treated with RA at the above concentration showed inhibition of both adhesion and mobility
