光纤光栅激光器以其增益高、频率啁啾效应小、抗电磁干扰,特别是可调谐的特点而被广泛关注。利用V-I传输矩阵法对光纤光栅激光器的模式特性进行了分析,从谱线间隔与谱线数目、光栅反射率对谱线深度的影响、单纵模输出条件及阈值腔长3个方面分析了光纤光栅谐振腔在不同特性参数下的模式特性,并与多层膜法的分析结果进行了比较,发现V-I传输矩阵法可以在保证分析精度的前提下提高运算效率。实验结果与理论分析结果基本一致。
Fiber grating lasers have attracted much attention due to their high gain, small frequency chirp effect, anti-electromagnetic interference, and especially tunable characteristics. The mode characteristics of fiber grating laser were analyzed by VI transfer matrix method. The effects of fiber spacing, the number of lines, the influence of grating reflectivity on the depth of line, the output condition of single longitudinal mode and the cavity length were analyzed. The results show that the VI transfer matrix method can improve the computational efficiency under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of analysis. Experimental results and theoretical analysis of the results are basically the same.
