基于动力显示有限元数值模拟软件eta/Dynform,对后围上横梁板的拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了后围上横梁制件冲压拉深成形过程中板材的塑性变形与其加载方式及速度的关系,板材拉深成形速度由大到小变化时,制件的拉深成形性较好。通过伺服技术的应用,对冲压成形拉深运动曲线进行优化,成功实现通过改变冲压成形过程中的运动轨迹来提高冲压成形性能的目的。模拟实验和物理实验验证相吻合,均得到合格的冲压拉深件。
Based on the finite element numerical simulation software eta / Dynform of dynamic display, the numerical simulation on the drawing forming process of the upper rear panel is carried out. The plastic deformation, the loading method and the speed of the sheet on the rear upper beam during stamping and drawing are studied. The relationship between the drawing plate forming speed from large to small changes, the workpiece deep drawing formability better. Through the application of servo technology, the drawing motion curve of stamping is optimized, and the purpose of improving the stamping performance by changing the trajectory of the stamping process is successfully achieved. Simulation experiments and physical experiments are consistent, have been qualified stamping parts.
