目的:建立了抗毒合剂的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Agilent C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:0.1%磷酸水-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:25℃,检测波长:290 nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定了17个共有峰构成10批抗毒合剂的指纹特征指纹图谱,各批样品的相似度均大于0.9。结论:该法精密度高,重复性好,可为抗毒合剂的指纹图谱评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish a fingerprint analysis method of antitoxic mixture. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Agilent C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), gradient elution with 0.1% (-1), column temperature: 25 ℃, detection wavelength: 290 nm. Results: Fingerprinting fingerprints of 17 batches of antitoxic mixture were identified under the selected chromatographic conditions. The similarity of each sample was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good repeatability, which can provide the basis for the fingerprint evaluation of anti-toxic mixture.
