饮水中有机污染物的日益增加已引起人们的普遍关注。因此,研究饮水中有机提取物的致突变性,具有十分重要的意义。以往国内外对综合评价饮水中有机提取物遗传毒性的报道较少。本试验意在提供对饮水中有机提取物遗传毒性的综合评价。 1 材料与方法 1.1 试验动物与受试物:本校实验动物中心繁殖的昆明种小鼠,体重22~26g,SCE试验用24只小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为3组,分别为中浓度组(57μg/kg)、高浓度组(570μg/kg)和阴性对照组二甲基亚砜(DMSO)。

This trial is intended to provide a comprehensive assessment of the genotoxicity of organic extracts in drinking water. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Test Animals and Test Subjects: Kunming mice, breeding at the Experimental Animal Center of our school, weighing 22-26 g, 24 mice for SCE test, half male and half female, randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively, in the medium concentration The group (57 μg/kg), the high concentration group (570 μg/kg) and the negative control group dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO).
