当前我国的经济发展十分迅速,这需要大量的石油等能源作为支撑。然而,在进行海洋石油的开发时,投资非常大。一方面为了满足我国的能源需求,一方面要降低石油采办的风险,我们需要搞好海洋石油的采办管理。本文针对这些问题,研究了海洋石油国际合作中的采办机构、采办思想、采办方法与采办策略等。希望以上研究能够对海洋石油国际合作中的采办管理有所助益。 At present, our country’s economy is developing rapidly, which requires a large amount of energy such as oil for support. However, investment in offshore oil development is very large. On the one hand, in order to meet China’s energy needs, on the one hand to reduce the risk of oil procurement, we need to do a good job in offshore oil procurement management. In response to these problems, this paper studies the acquisition agencies, acquisition ideas, procurement methods and acquisition strategies in the international cooperation of Offshore Oil.
