目的 研究脑缺血再灌注后cPLA2 和Caspase 3在海马区的分布变化。方法 使用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 ,采用免疫组化方法 (SABC法 )。结果 脑缺血 2h再灌注 2h后即有cPLA2 和Caspase 3阳性表达 ;再灌注 2 4h后表达达到高峰。结论 大鼠脑缺血再灌后后 ,cPLA2 在损伤过程中起到非常重要的作用 ,同时Caspase 3水解cPLA2 ,对cPLA2 酶活性起到调节作用 ,它们共同参与海马区神经元的损伤。
Objective To study the distribution of cPLA2 and Caspase 3 in hippocampus after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by immunohistochemistry (SABC method). Results The expressions of cPLA2 and Caspase 3 were positive after 2h of reperfusion in 2h after cerebral ischemia, and peaked at 24h after reperfusion. Conclusion cPLA2 plays a very important role in the process of injury after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Simultaneously, Caspase 3 hydrolyzes cPLA2, which regulates cPLA2 activity, and they both participate in the neuronal damage in hippocampus.
