Garlic whole body is treasure, and contains a unique allicin. China’s Shandong Cangshan and Shanghai Jiading garlic enjoys a good reputation in the international market. Therefore, the study of the nutritional characteristics of garlic and fertilizer law, so that high-quality high-yielding section of the planting of garlic (this experiment is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, economic crop fertilization technology research project part).
