预算执行分析是财政预算执行情况的总结,是现代财政国库管理的重要组成部分,是领导决策的重要参考依据。在财政预算工作运行中,预算执行分析及时、准确地把握和反映了一个阶段财政收支状况、财政经济形势,对财政收支未来走势进行科学合理的预测和判断,并有针对性地提出建议,是财政全局工作的一个重要支点。财政改革与发展的新时期,如何立足财政中心工作,提高预算执行分析水平,成为各级财政国库部门面临的一个重要课题。现结合东宝预算执行分析工作实际,就基层预算执行分析工作中的难点问题进行分析并提出对策。
