积极心理学和社会建构主义心理学是当今心理学领域的两个新思潮,受到广泛的关注。优势强化疗法(strengths-centered therapy)就是将其两方面的理念和策略整合一体所提出来的心理疗法,是由美国德州大学的Wong[1]于2006年提出来的。它是一种值得在临床上研究、实践的新方法。
Positive Psychology and Social Constructivism Psychology are two new trends of thought in the field of psychology today and have drawn wide attention. Advantage-based therapy (strengths-centered therapy) is the psychological therapy put forward by integrating the two concepts and strategies. It was proposed by Wong [1] of the University of Texas in the United States in 2006. It is a new method that is worth studying and practicing in clinic.
