某矿共有职工两千一百人,其中干部(包括聘的)占了近三百人,工人和干部的比例是7:1。干部队伍已经是臃肿不堪了,许多干部的工作量极少。就是在这种情况下,一次单位下岗350人,其中却只有一人是聘任制的干部。还是个工人身份,而且还是他自愿申请离岗的。他愿离岗的原因是他分管的工作难干,他是抓安全质量的副科长。在现今这样的社会里,他干的那份工作,也实在是不容易干好
