伴随着我国经济与社会的持续进步与发展,国有的煤炭企业在市场大潮强力冲击之下,人才流失的问题日益突出,尤其是部分紧缺又重要的专业性人才更是严重不足,面临着断层危机一些人才的知识结构不断趋于老化,创性能力严重不足而部分具有专业技术的人才不断地脱离煤炭行业,另投他处,这类人才多半是属于本科学历,诸如此类的问题还不少,需要引起足够的重视,因此本文将就国有煤炭企业人力资源流失的原因与对策展开论述。
