正值秋粮玉米抽穗关键期,河南全省平均降水量却跌至1951年有水文资料以来最低值,较常年骤减六成。由于缺乏有效降水,50%以上的中小河流断流,目前全省大中型水库蓄水仅26.4亿立方米,为多年同期均值的66.4%,35%的小型水库基本干枯。旱魔肆虐,平顶山、许昌、登封、镇平、栾川、新密等6个城市用水告急。截至8月14日,全省山丘区53.5万人存在临时性吃水困难,秋粮受旱面积达815万亩。更为严峻的是,抗旱水源紧缺的情况很有可能进一步加剧,河南各级政府和水利部门以及广大灾区群众将面临更为严峻的考验。
At the critical stage of heading corn in autumn, the average precipitation in Henan Province dropped to the lowest value since hydrological data was obtained in 1951, a 60% decrease from the normal. Due to the lack of effective precipitation, more than 50% of small and medium-sized rivers are cut off. At present, the storage capacity of large and medium-sized reservoirs in the province is only 2.64 billion cubic meters, accounting for 66.4% of the average over the same period. 35% of the small reservoirs are basically dry. Dry demons wreak havoc, Pingdingshan, Xuchang, Dengfeng, Zhenping, Luanchuan, Xinmi six cities such as emergency water. As of August 14, there were 535,000 temporary difficulties in draft areas in the hilly areas of the province, and 8.15 million mu were affected by autumn crops. What is even more serious is that the shortage of drought-resistant water sources is likely to further aggravate the situation. Henan’s governments at all levels, the water conservancy departments and the masses in the disaster areas will face more severe tests.
