顺丰速运2014年推出的嘿客便利店,是一种O2O概念下的跨电商、物流、零售三界的新经营模式,这种模式是符合当前时代的发展的,然而短短不到两年的时间里,嘿客模式却经历了比较大的冲击与波动,让原本对嘿客模式一片叫好的市场里,出现了一些质疑的声音。本文分析了顺丰速运嘿客店的经营现状及遇到的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。
The convenience store launched by SF Express in 2014 is a new business model of cross-e-commerce, logistics and retailing under the O2O concept. This model is in keeping with the current development of the times.
