本文通过对锻压过程的热力学研究,控制塑性流动的研究,进行微观模拟与工艺优化,提出质量控制的方案,使大型锻造实现计算机控制。
In this paper, we study the thermomechanics of forging process, control the research of plastic flow, conduct microscopic simulation and process optimization, and put forward the plan of quality control so as to realize the computer control of large forging.
