确保“三个到位” 搞好“三讲”教育

深入开展“三讲”教育,是贯彻党的十五大精神,推动学习邓小平理论,加强领导班子建设,提高领导干部素质的重要举措。要搞好“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”为主要内容的党性党风教育,收到实效,要确保思想认识到位、组织领导到位、措施落实到位。 首先是思想认识要确保到位,这是搞好“三讲”教育的基础和前提。思想是行动的指南,思想认识不到位,学习的意义目的就不明确,学习的积极性、自觉性和主动性就不会高,学习的效果当然也就较差.深入开展“三讲”教育,是新形势、新任务对各级领导班子和领导干部提出的迫切要求,中央关于“三讲”教育的指导思想、目标要求、基本原则,都非常明确。然而,还有部分同志对“三讲”教育的认识不够,信心不足,思想上存在盲点,认为“三讲”的内容已学习了多年,特别是“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”,江泽民总书记已分别提过多次,而且好几年了,现在重提是否多此一举、 Carrying out the “three stresses” education in depth is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 15th Party Congress, promoting the study of Deng Xiaoping Theory, strengthening leadership team building and improving the quality of leading cadres.
