采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了Ca3Sc2Si3O12∶Ce绿色LED用荧光粉,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪等对合成产物进行了分析和表征.结果表明:通过添加H3BO3做助熔剂,制得的荧光粉晶相纯正,颗粒形貌均呈现为较规则的类球形,而且所得荧光粉的粒径均小于1μm.发射光谱呈现为一宽带,发射主峰位于505nm,该宽峰对应于Ce3+离子的5d-2F5/2及5d-2F7/2能级跃迁.Ce3+的最佳掺杂浓度为x=0.1.Ca3Sc2Si3O12∶Ce的热稳定及相对发光强相对于YAG∶Ce有明显改善.
The phosphors of Ca3Sc2Si3O12:C green LED were synthesized by gel-combustion method, and the synthesized products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that by adding H3BO3 As a flux, the crystal phase of the prepared phosphor was pure, the morphology of the particles showed a regular spherical shape, and the size of the obtained phosphors was less than 1μm. The emission spectrum showed a broad band with the emission peak located at 505nm, The peaks correspond to the 5d-2F5 / 2 and 5d-2F7 / 2 transitions of Ce3 + ions.The optimum doping concentration of Ce3 + is x = 0.1.The thermal stability and relative luminescence intensity of Ca3Sc2Si3O12: Ce are obvious compared with that of YAG: Ce improve.
