高效液相色谱法测定湖北两种乌头药材中乌头碱、次乌头碱、中乌头碱的含量。采用SpherisorbODS柱，以甲醇-水-氯仿-三乙胺（60：40：2：0．1）为流动相，联苯为内标。
The contents of aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in two species of Aconitum chinensis in Hubei were determined by HPLC. A Spherisorb ODS column was used with methanol-water-chloroform-triethylamine (60:40:2:0.1) as the mobile phase and biphenyl as the internal standard.
