随着供电所标准化建设工作的深入开展,部分供电所出现了员工队伍素质参差不齐、专业工作不平衡等问题,严重影响了标准化建设持续开展和综合管理水平的提高。为了激发各级人员的工作积极性,提高乡镇供电所管理水平,河北省电力公司坚持把同业对标作为强化农电管理的重要举措,并于2012年开始,将同业对标工作向基层供电所全面延伸。通过建立科学的供电所同业对标综合体系,以统一的信息系统平台为技术支撑,实行供电所季度排名,选树优秀指标,查找管理短板,推广典型经验,促进了乡镇供电所综合管理水平提升,增强了企业整体竞争力。
