□党政领导职务每届任期5年;在一个任期内,因工作特殊需要,调整职务的一般不得超过一次;在同一职位上连续任职达到两个任期,不再推荐、提名或者任命同一职务;担任同一层次职务累计达到15年,不再推荐、提名或者任命担任同一层次领导职务。□领导干部不得在本人成长地担任县(市)党委、政府、纪检机关、组织部门、法院、检察院、公安部门的正职领导成员。担任市(地州盟)党委、政府、纪检机关、组织部门、法院、检察院、公安部门的正职领导成员,一般不得在原成长地。
