营养教育作为学前儿童健康教育内容之一,愈来愈受重视,但因起步较晚,在具体的实施策略上有待发展与完善。本研究对目前国内外文献进行综述,从教育目标、教育内容、内容组织、课程的实施及评价等方面探讨了幼儿营养教育课程的构建,以期为后续研究提供参考。
As one of the contents of pre-school children’s health education, nutrition education is getting more and more attention. However, due to the late start, the specific implementation strategy needs to be developed and perfected. This study summarizes the current literature both at home and abroad, discusses the construction of nursery nutrition education curriculum from the aspects of education objectives, education content, content organization, curriculum implementation and evaluation, with a view to providing reference for follow-up research.
