天津是国家职业教育改革创新示范区,多年来职业教育取得了长足发展,要努力在深入贯彻国务院决定和全国职教会精神、进一步加快现代职业教育发展与综合改革上走在全国前列。加快构建现代职业教育体系,优化教育结构、深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才,提升职业教育服务经济社会发展的能力,必须加大政府主导和政策配套力度,加强顶层设计和统筹协调,调动各方面特别是产业界参与职业教育的积极性,营造全方位支持职业教育发展的法制环境、政策体系和社会氛围。本文紧密结合天津产业发展和职业教育实际,对加快建设天津现代职教体系保障措施提出了意见和建议。
Tianjin is a national demonstration area for the reform and innovation of vocational education. Occupational education has made great strides over the years. Efforts must be made to go all out in the forefront of the country in thoroughly implementing the decisions of the State Council and the spirit of the National Vocational Education Committee and further accelerating the development and comprehensive reform of modern vocational education. Speeding up the construction of a modern vocational education system, optimizing the structure of education, deepening the integration of industry and education, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, cultivating high-quality laborers and skilled personnel, and enhancing the ability of vocational education to serve the economic and social development must increase government dominance and policy support , Strengthen the top-level design and overall coordination, arouse the enthusiasm of all walks of life, especially the industry, to participate in vocational education and create a comprehensive legal environment, policy system and social atmosphere that support the development of vocational education. Combining closely with the actuality of Tianjin’s industrial development and vocational education, this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions on how to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system in Tianjin.
