目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤中PTEN与CyclinD1的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测20例正常卵巢组织、15例卵巢良性肿瘤、40例上皮性卵巢癌中PTEN和CyclinD1的表达。结果:PTEN在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤、上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率呈逐渐下降的趋势(P<0.05);PTEN的表达与分化、FIGO分期有关;正常卵巢组织和良性肿瘤中CyclinD1蛋白呈低表达水平,但在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率和强度明显增加,CyclinD1的表达与分化、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关;二者表达成负相关(P<0.01)。结论:PTEN的表达缺失与CyclinD1蛋白表达增强在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PTEN and CyclinD1 in ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods: The expressions of PTEN and CyclinD1 in 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 15 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of PTEN in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer showed a decreasing trend (P <0.05). The expression of PTEN was related to differentiation and FIGO staging. The expression of CyclinD1 in normal ovarian tissue and benign tumor The expression of CyclinD1 was significantly correlated with differentiation, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression of CyclinD1 was negatively correlated with that of epithelial ovarian cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion: The loss of PTEN and the increase of CyclinD1 protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
