高校就业工作是各方面高度关注的。黄冈职院就业工作取得了一定成效,主要是:认识到位,领导重视,定位准确;针对市场需要培养人才,突出技能培养;推行“两广一多”的就业工作思路,提供优质的就业指导服务;形成了以就业为导向,教学服从就业,根据市场需要进行教育教学改革的就业工作长效机制。
