心脏骤停是人类最危险的急症。就其紧急程度和危险程度而言,没有任何一种疾病能够与之相比。心脏骤停是猝死前奏,处理得当,可挽救生命。迅速准确判断且抓住心跳呼吸骤停5min抢救的最佳时间,是提高心肺复苏(CPR)成功的重要环节。本文阐述心脏骤停急救体会,加强临床急救的时间观念,早发现、早处置、早恢复生命体征将大大提高患者的生存率和改善预后。
