本研究的目的在于初步分析当代大学生的身体自我特点,了解大学生体形指数分布情况,并考查大学生的身体满意度与主观幸福感的关系。采用自编的大学生身体自我满意度问卷和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)。结果表明:(1)大多数大学生的身体意象较好,但大学生的身体满意度存在显著的性别差异,而年级差异不显著;(2)大学生的体形指数大部分符合医学健康标准,男生的理想体形指数也处于正常范围,而一半以上的女生的理想体形指数低于医学标准;(3)大学生的身体自我满意度对主观幸福感有显著影响。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the contemporary college students’ self-characteristics, to understand the distribution of college students’ body shape index, and to examine the relationship between college students’ body satisfaction and subjective well-being. Self-satisfaction questionnaires for college students self-satisfaction and MUNSH (Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Scale) were used. The results showed that: (1) Most college students had good body image, but there was significant gender difference in college students’ body satisfaction, but no significant difference in grade. (2) The physique index of college students mostly met the medical health standards, Body shape index is also in the normal range, while more than half of girls ’ideal body shape index is lower than the medical standard; (3) College students’ body self-satisfaction has a significant impact on subjective well-being.
