阐述了有限自助式教学的目的、意义及具体的操作方法.设计AB两组学生的对比实验,在同等条件下比较侧向垫步推铅球有限自助式教学与普通教学的效果,实验结果表明,在相同时间.相同外界环境下,采用侧向垫步推铅球有限自助式教学效果明显优于一般常规教学,分析认为.有限自助式教学效果在发挥学生自身能动性上优于一般教学方法,可提高学生的学习积极性,使其学习过程中变被动为主动,解决了正常教学中“填鸭式”教学所带来的负作用.建议在中学基础投掷教学中大量使用该教学方法.
