2002年11月25日,江门市新会区整顿冈州木屋工作领导小组在会城河口冈州居委会召开清拆冈州木屋区现场办公会议。会议期间,该木屋区58户居民通过签定清拆木屋协议书、丈量复核木屋建筑面积,领取拆迁补助费和新建宅基地,大家都表示会后10天内拆除这些河边高脚木屋。看着一个拖了多年的消防隐患即将得到彻底的根治,新会区人大代表、(产湾社区居委会书记袁健同志心中的甜酸苦辣不断涌现,但脸上终于露出了满意的笑容。
