杭州地铁1号线七堡车辆基地是一个上盖综合体工程。此基地接触网项目由于上盖高度不统一、轨道坡度不等等情况,所有横跨、腕臂安装都采用底座固定的方式,所以,锚栓安装是此次接触网项目施工的基础和关键,它的施工进度和质量将直接影响到整体工程的进度和行车安全。文章通过在杭州地铁1号线近一年的施工实践,介绍了上盖车辆基地在螺栓安装施工中应注意的问题。
Hangzhou Metro Line 1 Seven Fort Vehicle Base is a superstructure project. Due to the inconsistency of the cover height and the different slope of the track, all the projects across the base catenary are fixed with bases. Therefore, the installation of anchor bolts is the foundation and key for the construction of this catenary project. Its construction schedule and quality will directly affect the overall progress of the project and traffic safety. Through the construction practice of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 for nearly a year, the article introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the bolting construction of the upper vehicle base.
