针对目前我国大柱齿钎体的现状,对现行使用的钎钢材料进行了改进,并采用电渣熔铸工艺研制了160mm的大柱齿钎体;研究结果表明,采用新改进的27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo钢,配以合理的电渣熔铸工艺,可以生产出具有良好的表面质量、高强韧配合的大柱齿钎体,经现场装机考核表明,电渣熔铸27Si2Mn2Ni2CrMo钢大柱齿钎体的使用寿命高于国内采用其他钢种和采用其他方法生产的大柱齿钎体。
