Because of its special growth experience, Japan’s writers in post-war literature sent Wu Mukuan to form an anti-war view different from other writers who wrote literature in the aftermath of the war. He transcends the narrow Japanese nationalist ideology Limitations, standing in the general position of the aggressor people throughout the world, deeply exposed the tremendous damage the war caused to other nations and profoundly attacked and rethought the war. This article attempts to interpret several works of Wu Mukuan and analyze how Wu Mu shows his gradual understanding of the war in his works and the consequent anti-war view.
