There are many cultural differences in international contraction projects,which have a profound influence on the projects development.In this paper,the author takes personal experience as an example to analyze the cultural differences and their influences in every phrase of international contraction projects(bidding,negotiation,designing and construction).This study combines two disciplines:international cooperation and intercultural communication,which provide some suggestions for cross culture constructions in international contraction projects.
