21世纪以来,对于身处剧烈媒介生态转型中的我国报业来说,改版已成为一种常态。2017年以来《恩施晚报》推进了一次大刀阔斧的改版。通过聚焦视觉、追求悦读,在形式上完成了向“视觉纸”的转型;通过主打新闻、贴近读者,在内容上实现了向“新闻纸”的回归;通过立足恩施、深耕本土,在精神上推进了向“文化纸”的跨越。在加与减、扬与弃、舍与得的哲学思辨过程中,为我们提供了一个观察晚报改版实践的样本。
