目的探讨对尿酸增高海勤人员实行营养治疗疗效分析。方法对60例尿酸增高海勤人员实行控制热量、限制饮酒、避免高嘌呤食物及纠正不良生活方式的营养治疗,并随访1年。结果 60例尿酸增高海勤人员通过营养治疗前后的临床疗效检测结果有较大差异。结论对尿酸增高海勤人员进行营养治疗可以提高患者对疾病的认知度,延缓和降低痛风的发病率。通过合理的营养治疗,海勤人员血清尿酸降为正常、血脂稳定。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of nutrition therapy on Haikou staff with uric acid increase. Methods A total of 60 cases of uric acid increased the staff of Hai Qin, the control of calorie restriction, alcohol consumption, to avoid high purine foods and nutritional therapy to correct unhealthy lifestyles, and followed up for 1 year. Results 60 cases of increased uric acid in the staff before and after treatment by the sea of clinical efficacy of the test results are quite different. Conclusions Nutritional therapy for people with increased uric acid in the hospital can improve their cognition of the disease and delay and reduce the incidence of gout. Through reasonable nutrition treatment, Serum uric acid of the staff of Haicheng is reduced to normal, blood lipid is stable.
