谷胱甘肽(GSH)缺乏可能增加肺上皮细胞对氧化剂损伤的易感性。为进一步研究GSH缺乏在弥漫性间质性肺病发病机制中的作用,笔者分别测定了特发性间质性肺泡炎(IIP)、过敏性肺泡炎(HP),结缔组织病合并间质性肺泡炎(CP),肺结节病患者(Sar)支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中GSH水平。结果显示IIP,HP,CP患者BALF中GSH浓度显著低于对照组,提示肺内GSH缺乏可能参与上述疾病的发病机制。
Glutathione (GSH) deficiency may increase the susceptibility of lung epithelial cells to oxidative damage. In order to further investigate the role of GSH deficiency in the pathogenesis of diffuse interstitial lung disease, we measured the levels of idiopathic interstitial alveolitis (IIP), allergic alveolitis (HP), connective tissue disease with interstitial alveoli (CP), and GSH levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis (Sar). The results showed that the concentration of GSH in BALF of IIP, HP and CP patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, suggesting that the lack of GSH in the lung may be involved in the pathogenesis of these diseases.
