从走上讲台至今,我已在高中思想政治课教学的百花园里默默地耕耘了29个春秋。在长期的教学实践中,我逐渐认识到:教育是一个播种知识、收获智慧的过程,“启智成慧”是课堂教学的重要使命。这篇文章所记述的就是进入21世纪以来,我在“启智成慧”之路上留下的足迹、结出的果实。2001年10月,我在北京师范大学参加国家级骨干教师培训期间,有幸聆听了林崇德教授对中小学教师教育智慧的阐释,引发了我对教育智慧问题
Since I came to the podium, I have quietly cultivated 29 spring and autumn in the hundred gardens of high school ideological and political teaching. In the long-term teaching practice, I gradually realized that education is a process of sowing knowledge and gaining wisdom, and “enlightening into wisdom” is an important mission of classroom teaching. What this article has written is the result of my footsteps on the road to enlightenment and wisdom since entering the 21st century. In October 2001, during my training of state-level backbone teachers at Beijing Normal University, I was fortunate to hear Professor Lin Chongde’s interpretation of the educational wisdom of primary and secondary school teachers, which triggered my question on education wisdom
