通过对2个烟草品种云烟87、云烟85 FⅠ蛋白含量及其与几种光合参数[叶绿素含量、光合速率和核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(简称Rubisco)活性]的相关性分析,研究烟草叶片发育过程中FⅠ蛋白含量变化特点及其与光合同化能力的关系。结果表明:在叶片发育过程中,FⅠ蛋白含量、叶绿素含量、光合速率和Rubisco活性均是先升高后降低,且各参数之间均显著相关,云烟85的FⅠ蛋白含量高于云烟87,但是光合速率却低于云烟87。由研究结果可知,FⅠ蛋白含量与Rubisco活性共同限制着光合速率,进而影响烟草叶片的生长发育。
By comparing the content of 85 F I protein and the photosynthetic parameters of two tobacco cultivars (Yunyan87 and Yunyan85) [chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and Rubisco activity ] To study the changes of F Ⅰ protein content during tobacco leaf development and its relationship with photosynthetic ability. The results showed that the content of FⅠprotein, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and Rubisco activity all increased firstly and then decreased, and all parameters were significantly correlated during leaf development. FⅠ protein content of Yunyan85 was higher than that of Yunyan87 Photosynthetic rate is lower than Yunyan87. From the results we can see, F Ⅰ protein content and Rubisco activity together limit the photosynthetic rate, thereby affecting the growth and development of tobacco leaves.
