目的研究肾毒清颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法大鼠一次冰水刺激,期间皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素注射液(0.06 mL/100 g),造成大鼠血瘀模型,观察药物对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果肾毒清颗粒低剂量组(18 g生药.kg-1)、中剂量组(36 g.kg-1)、高剂量组(72 g.kg-1)可使急性血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞电泳时间、细胞聚集指数,红细胞变形指数,红细胞刚性指数明显降低。结论肾毒清颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常变化有明显改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of Shenduqing Granules on hemorheology of acute blood stasis model rats. Methods Rats were treated with ice-water stimulation and subcutaneous epinephrine hydrochloride injection (0.06 mL/100 g) was injected subcutaneously to induce a blood stasis model in rats. The effects of drugs on hemorheology in rats were observed. RESULTS: Kidney Tooth Clear Granule low dose (18 g crude drug.kg-1), middle dose (36 g.kg-1), and high dose (72 g.kg-1) can make acute blood stasis rats Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, red blood cell electrophoresis time, cell aggregation index, erythrocyte deformability index, red blood cell rigidity index were significantly reduced. Conclusion Shenduqing Granules can significantly improve the abnormal changes of hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis.
